  Beware of smoke for eat in orders. Restaurant does not have proper ventilation for smoke from cooking.
  Food is ok but way too much butter and oregano on everything. Even when we asked for less oregano, there was still too much. It's in the sauce under the cheese so they do not customize orders in that regard.
  Their chicken rolls are edible but the chicken pieces are not breaded nor baked with any good flavor. It tastes like it was baked separate (with a charred taste from dirty ovens) then put into the roll. The sauce in the rolls and the mild hot sauce are more butter than sauce, giving things a greasy and heavy feel.
  The wait time is incredibly long for both eat in (45+ minutes) and pick up (60+ minutes) orders.
  The only good thing I could find with the regular pizza was the crust thickness and consistency. It wasn't too thick nor doughy. Pizza could use more cheese.
  Customer service people are nice and polite.

  4.5/5 starts Very good pizza! Yum Yum! If you're debating on a great pizza place go here! Its very close to a park on the water which we did and it was an awesome experince!
