  The food and service is always great at Kelsey's... we are locals and very regular here as there is not much selection in Port st. John. It's a shame that after various complaints of the smell of cigarettes in the restaurant we still come in and have to complain about the same issue. We understand the OWNER is the one smoking in his office and not sure if he or anyone will read this and actually take note of it but its worth the try as we love coming to Kelsey's its convenient and reasonable but sucks to eat your food while smelling cigarettes when you are a nonsmoker. We have friends that refuse to come back because of it and would love to see this change. Smoking inside the facility will always give off a smell to your non smoking customers. Did you know that second and third hand smoke is worse than first hand... food for thought.
